Display the customer's phone number and email address when entering the appointment

When we choose the client to encode an appointment we only see her first and last name. We had to see the email address as well as the telephone number which would allow us to know directly if the confirmation email or text message will be sent. For the moment, we do not see if her information has been entered in the customer file and therefore perhaps the client will not receive her appointment confirmation.
