View/be able to request the next appointments during checkout

I would still like it if the next appointment was on display at the checkout at the time you check out. I've already had a double booking, customers make an appointment and actually had one waiting. I know you can see the appointments on the profile but it would be useful if the next appointment could be seen at the checkout, so you can mention this immediately.

It would be nice that when we pay at the checkout, information is also displayed afterwards about when they may have a next appointment in the box where it says “new appointment”. Now we always have to click through to the customer's account and look it up, and that's a bit of a waste of time

Indeed! You now have to click too many times to see future agreements that have already been made. This is not efficient enough.

Hi Aaricia, great idea! Are you now going from the checkout to the customer sheets and then visiting the customer again? Because if you click on your customer's name at the top right after checkout and then “Appointments”, you'll see them immediately! ;-) (2 clicks)

Sara Meert: hello Sara, that's what we do now.. but sometimes the customer doesn't wait until we've done that and they're already half out the door. Because it is also useful when no next appointment is scheduled, we see this asap and can immediately ask the customer if they want 1.
